CJC-1295 without DAC (also known as Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod GRF) is a 29-amino acid truncated analog of GHRH with four amino acid substitutions (Ala2→D-Ala, Gln8→Ala, Ala15→Ala, Leu27→Leu) that increase proteolytic stability while preserving pulsatile GH release characteristics. It has a half-life of approximately 30 minutes, recapitulating the physiological pattern of GHRH pulsatility.
Research Applications:
- Pulsatile GH secretion and GHRH receptor dynamics
- Combination GHRH/GHSR research (with ipamorelin or GHRP)
- GH pulse amplitude and frequency studies
- IGF-1 regulation in physiological GH release models
