Kisspeptin-10 (KP-10) is the C-terminal decapeptide fragment of the KISS1 gene product and the minimum bioactive sequence required for GPR54 (Kiss1R) activation. It is the most potent endogenous activator of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, serving as a critical gate-keeper of GnRH pulsatility.
