FOXO4 (10MG)

FOXO4-DRI is a D-amino acid retro-inverso (DRI) peptidomimetic designed to competitively disrupt the interaction between FOXO4 and p53 in senescent cells. Senescent cells upregulate FOXO4 to sequester nuclear p53, suppressing apoptosis. By interfering with this interaction, FOXO4-DRI is studied as a senostatic/senolytic research tool in aging and cellular senescence models.
